originally broadcast as a webcast this footage has excellent audio but the visuals let it down a bit. but is certainly very watchable!
interesting viewing as well for the end of the gig! they finish the set with ‘heroes’, then it would seem are ushered back by the announcer, where there are a few puzzled looks between baz and dave, but they do ‘hanging around’ then leave the stage. and that is that, or is it??? announcer now on the stage gets the audience chanting for more!! this goes on for a couple of minutes when the band return, baz is highly amused and says to the audience, “i have to say, this is highly unorthodox” as jj winds up the bass for another version of ‘heroes’. at the end dave joins jj and baz at the front and you can tell by their faces that it was in jj’s words, surreal.
